Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days within Iceland. Foreign sales have 21 days of return. If those days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at return@spaksmannsspjarir.com and send your item to: 11 Bankastræti 101 Reykjavik Iceland.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11 Bankastræti, 101 Reykjavik Iceland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a crackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Eftirfarandi skilareglur gilda í verslun og vefverslun Spaksmannsspjara. Reglurnar eru byggðar á verklagsreglum sem viðskiptaráðuneytið útbjó með Neytendasamtökunum í janúarmánuði 2001.
Skilafrestur vöru
Ógallaðri vöru er hægt að skila innan 14 daga gegn kassakvittun eða sambærilegri staðfestingu viðskipta s.s. greiðslukortayfirliti. Skilafrestur vöru erlendis frá er hægt að skila innan 21 dags gegn kassakvittun eða sambærilegri staðfestingu viðskipta s.s. greiðslukortayfirliti.
Vara sem sannarlega telst gölluð er ávallt hægt að skila í verslun gegn kassakvittun eða sambærilegri staðfestingu viðskipta s.s. greiðslukortayfirliti.
Gjafamerki
Viðskiptavinir Spaksmannsspjara geta fengið vörur merktar með gjafamiða óski þeir þess. Vöru sem merkt er gjafamiða fæst skilað án framvísun kassakvittunnar innan 14 daga frá dagsetningu miðans.
Á aðventunni, í aðdraganda jólahátíðar er hægt að fá vörur merktar með „jólagjafamiðum“. Með jólagjafamiða er gert ráð fyrir að gjöfin sé gefin 24. desember og því hægt að skila vörunni til 6. janúar (innan 14 daga).
Verð vöru við skil
Verð vöru við skil skal miðast við verð vörunnar í verslun við skil.
Inneignarnótur
Við vöruskil á viðskiptavinur rétt á að fá afhenta inneignarnótu ef ný vara er ekki tekin upp í þá vöru sem skilað er.
Inneignarnótan gildir í eitt ár frá útgáfudegi og gildir til úttektar á ótilgreindri vöru að andvirði inneignarnótunnar.
Inneignarnóta sem gefin er út innan 14 daga frá útsölubyrjun gildir ekki sem greiðsla á útsöluvöru og er merkt sem slík.
Gjafabréf
Gjafabréf gefin út af Spaksmannsspjörum gilda sem fullgild greiðsla á vörukaupum í 4 ár frá útgáfudegi.
Útsölur og vöruskil
Skilaréttur gildir ekki um vöru sem keypt er á útsölu.
Greiðslur
Á vefverslun Spaksmannsspjara er tekið á móti öllum kreditkortum. Greiðslur fara fram á vörðu svæði þar sem kortanúmerin eru dulkóðuð. Um leið og viðskiptavinur ákveður að kaupa vöru fer hann inn í læst umhverfi þar sem allar upplýsingar um viðskiptin, þ.m.t. kortanúmerin eru dulkóðuð.
Öryggisstaðall
Vefverslun Spaksmannsspjara er með PCI sem er öryggisstaðall alþjóðlegu kortafyrirtækjanna Visa International og MasterCard International, sem heitir PCI DSS og stendur fyrir Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Afgreiðsla
Um leið og þú lýkur kaupum á www.spaks.com er pöntun þín send til starfsmanna vefverslunar sem sjá um að senda vöruna þína í póst. Ef vörurnar eru sendar með Íslandspósti er miðað við að það taki 1-3 virka daga að afhenda pakka innanlands. Pakkar eru keyrðir heim að dyrum milli kl. 17-22. Ef enginn er til að taka á móti sendingunni er skilin eftir tilkynning til viðtakanda, þar sem fram koma upplýsingar um það á hvaða pósthúsi hægt er að nálgast sendinguna. Ef vörurnar eru sendar erlendis með DHL express er miðað við 1-3 virka daga.
Sendingarkostnaður
Enginn kostnaður er við sendingu ef keyptar eru vörur fyrir yfir 50.000 kr. Annars bætist við hverja sendingu sem pöntuð er í vefverslun kostnaður í samræmi við þyngd vöru. Ef verslað er erlendis frá á það sama við. Bæði er boðið upp á þjónustu Íslandspósts og DHL.
Vöruskil
Almennur skilafrestur hjá Spaksmannsspjörum innanalands eru 14 dagar og 21 dagur fyrir erlend vöruskil. Hægt er að skila vöru gegn framvísun reiknings og fær viðkomandi vöruna endurgreidda innan 7 daga en eftir það inneignarnótu sem gildir í vefverslun Spaksmannsspjara. Ef varan er gölluð borga Spaksmannsspjarir sendingarkostnaðinn sem fellur til við skil á vöru en annars er sendingarkostnaður á ábyrgð kaupanda. Útsöluvörum er ekki hægt að skila eftir að útsölu líkur, en hægt er að skipta þeim á meðan á útsölu stendur í aðra útsöluvöru.
Sendingarupplýsingar
Engar persónuupplýsingar né netföng verða afhentar þriðja aðila undir neinum kringumstæðum. Netföng sem skráð eru á vef Spaksmannsspjara eru skráð á póstlista í eigu Spaksmannsspjara sem er einungis notaður til að senda áskrifendum upplýsingar um tilboð og viðburði tengda vefnum eða þjónustu Spaksmannsspjara.
Smáaletrið
Spaksmannsspjarir áskilur sér rétt til að hætta við pantanir, t.d. vegna rangra verðupplýsinga, einnig að breyta verðum eða hætta með vörutegundir. Vinsamlegast athugið að verð á netinu getur breyst. Áskilin er réttur til að staðfesta póstkröfupantanir símleiðis.
